Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are not able to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
SHIPPING
We ship everywhere in the world using USPS. Tracking information will be added to your order with no additional shipping costs to you for orders in the US. Once your order has been processed and shipped, an email containing the tracking number will be sent to your email. If you want to add insurance or other mailing services, it will cost extra and you can request it by contacting us at the time of your purchase at [email protected].
International orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Airmail with registered mail that has a 2-3 week delivery time, but can be faster depending on your location. First Class Airmail does not include tracking of your package but does provide a low-cost alternative for shipping internationally. Please note Customs authorities require us to state the value of the item directly on the package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service.
USA orders: 3-7 Business days.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept major credit cards (American Express, Visa, and MasterCard) as payment. We also accept PayPal. If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card will be charged once your order is processed to ship. Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank's policy. If you are paying with a debit card, please verify with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. MNML LA reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
RETURN POLICY
MNML LA guarantees all products to be free from defects. All accessories and eyewear are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Returns for clothing items are accepted within 30 days for domestic from the date of receipt. For items received after this time period, we reserve the right to deny the return. All returns must be shipped with delivery confirmation. Returns must be received in new, unworn and unwashed condition. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All vintage clothing, shoes and accessories are non-refundable. All vintage items are final sale.
If you were shipped the wrong item or a defective item, please notify us immediately by contacting our customer care department at [email protected]. We will ship the correct item and will issue a refund for the cost of return shipping.

This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that MNML LA shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged.
